• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

The BNITT platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by BNITT and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent our vetting or matching processes
• Directly contact or hire developers without going through our platform
• Share confidential developer information with third parties
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services

6. Payment Terms

All fees for our services are due as specified in your service agreement. Payment terms, rates, and billing cycles will be outlined in your specific engagement contract. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you're not satisfied with a developer match within the first 14 days, please contact us to discuss alternative solutions or potential refunds.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BNITT, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

10. Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BNITT makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the quality of developers, the success of engagements, or any specific outcomes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
